Fig Cottage is a holiday home near Bath and Bradford-on-Avon. Fig Cottage offers the perfect getaway for those seeking rural escapism, but also wanting quick and easy access to Bath, Bradford-on-Avon and Wiltshire's many attractions. Tucked away in the garden of our Grade II listed home, Fig Cottage is perched on the edge of The Courts National Trust gardens in the pretty village of Holt. There are two lovely pubs and cafes within a five minute walk, and beautiful Bradford-on-Avon is just five minutes away by car.

Fig Cottage has a fully fitted kitchen, light and airy living area and a bedroom with an exceedingly comfy King size bed. There is also a sofa bed, for any additional guests, and of course we supply crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. Coffee-lovers can enjoy use of the Nespresso coffee machine, and we provide plentiful tea and coffee.

We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a multitude of outstanding National Trust properties, including stunning Stourhead.

Explore the stunning Kennet and Avon canal by boat, bike or foot. Visit the 14th Century tithe barn, hit the independent shops and galleries or enjoy a world-class concert at Wiltshire Music Centre.

Longleat Safari and Adventure Park promises an action-packed day out. The famous adventure playground at Bowood House is also 25 minutes away.
Leisure
Enjoy paddle boarding on the Rivers Avon and Frome, or the Kennet and Avon Canal. Play golf at 36-hole Cumberwell Park, just ten minutes away.
